Wedding Timeline

This is a suggested timeline for your big day. Of course every wedding is unique, but it may come in useful for planning.

9:30 – Breakfast.

10:00 – Bridal preparations begin.

11:00 – Photographer arrives as hair & makeup begin.

12:00 – Bride gets dressed.

12:45 – Groom, & guests arrive for the ceremony.

12:45 – Bridal party photos.

13:10 – guests seated for ceremony (background music begins)

13:15 – Bride arrives at the venue.

13:30 – Ceremony (aisle, signing and exit music)

14:00 – Confetti shots

14:30 – Reception drinks & group shots

15:00 – Couple portraits

15:30 – Guests seated for wedding breakfast

15:50 – Wedding breakfast is served

18:00 – Speeches

18:45 – Coffee/ evening drinks/ live music

19:30 – Evening guests arrive.

20:30 – Cake cutting followed by the first dance

20:35 – Let the party begin!

21:00 – Evening food served

23:30 – Party finishes or moves elsewhere

The above timeline assumes that I will be providing the ceremony music. In this case, I arrive at the venue and set up at 12:30.
